Anomaly Detection / Mindbridge: We’re exploring tools that support continuous monitoring of financial transactions (e.g., inventory adjustments, journal entries, credit memos, disbursements) to help us identify anomalies earlier than our traditional periodic audits allow. We are a $20B company with 50+ different ERP systems globally (some data is mastered). Our goal is to enhance fraud detection and internal controls using modern, AI/ML analytics tools. We've started a vendor assessment process and MindBridge seems to be the only vendor that fairly fits the bill. I'd appreciate if someone can share any feedback/experience on the solution/vendor.

We are actively negotiating with Salesforce Data Cloud (previously branded as CDP) and Twilio Segment. The high proportion of votes for Salesforce only surprises me in so much as there does not appear to be any peer product reviews for the product from this community (admittedly there are not many reviews at all, but Adobe RT CDP gets a couple of 4 star reviews, and yet is the poorest preforming product in the this poll). Possibly the Product Review community cannot keep up with Salesforces constant re-branding effort (CDP to DC to Einstein Data Cloud, etc.), but it seems like there is a Salesforce fan club out there that isn't sharing product reviews. PS similar story on G2Crowd and other peer review sites.
