Interesting survey... my concern is instead related the real benefit of the current options available with. What's the real ROI?
It is going to be important for organizations to consider the brand safety of the outputs that will be delivered to end users. If digital experiences are built on top of Chat GPT or other LLMs, the organizations implementing the use case ought to consider the brand safety of potential outputs.
Example: LLMs have been prone to hallucinations, and being tricked into breaking their ethics barriers.
As organizations build experiences on top of these services, it will be important to manage data inputs on these platforms to ensure that the outputs will not produce 'unsafe' responses. Customers expectations will be that production customer experiences will not produce 'unsafe' responses, even if the user baits them into doing so.
The Metaverse has a lot of exciting possibilities for more flexibility and options for workers.
My top concern is just that Facebook/Meta wants to own the whole thing. That's pretty scary to me.
And like Facebook and other social media, it has the potential to be a dark place with bullying, scams and other destructive social behaviors. The metaverse has tremendous potential for constructive commercial activity. Can we hope that Meta has learned from previous social media endeavors, and will avoid making the metaverse a place that employers and parents warn against?<br>
The impact on health. I find I can only use the VR headset on a limited basis.
