Ethics and responsible AI are principles wonderful on paper, but so hard to have in the loop especially where ROI is a major driver. How do you feel that? Are you trying to enforce a commitment for the implementation of such pillars in the AI governance? Can you please share your strategies!

Practically speaking, policies and governance around Ethical and Responsible AI come down to people. AI is not inherently unethical. One way to face this is to look at it as an extension of existing acceptable use policies for the use of technology, focusing on the user.

When two Service Provider Companies come together in one, but they both have different procedures and processes, what are the best practices to consider?

We use Microsoft PowerBI extensively at the company. Over 15,000 reports.
For our "corporate" reports, like financials or HR, we centralize those requests and attend them with my team.
We currently "extract" information from multiple systems (ie. SAP, SuccessFactors, CRM, etc...) and put in into a SQL Analysis Services. For interpreting the data we have a Semantics model in PBI.
The problem I see is we can't scale enough to comply with the reporting demands as the semantic model is "unique" and we end up having only one or two developers that can work at a time. 
Anyone has an idea how to scale their PBI teams without having to redevelop the semantic model per report?
