What's your primary goal at Dreamforce? (e.g., networking, just want free swag)

We are in the early stages of looking at the DataBricks solution. Databricks mentioned that for some components they have a Managed Service (branded Serverless Option).  1. SQL Warehouses 2. Jobs Compute (Workflows) 3. Notebooks / Interactive Workbooks 4. Model Serving 

I wondered if anyone had looked at the pros and cons of hosting these services on their own cloud platform vs going for the Databricks hosted / managed option and any insights?

Has anyone has found robust DevOps tools for Oracle Fusion?  In addition to Groovy,  PL/SQL, etc. Looking for something that can manage Fusion configuration change sets though lower environments via CI/CD.
