Just to chime in here I think a combination is the best.  Teaching children how to identify scams and malicious sites and giving them guidance on how to avoid and when to reach out to parent if problems happen.  I do believe in basic filtering tools, but I more expect the kids to get around the tools if they really want to.

It's intriguing to observe how the responses evolved from Q1 to Q4 in 2024. I am of the opinion that fostering a culture of security and safety is more crucial than imposing restrictions and limitations without providing guidance. After all, the children of today will become the adults of tomorrow.
