It would be very good @Gartner for you to take this, feed it into research and provide case studies. 44% of respondents claim AI reduced the headcount definitively. I would love to know what use cases, how effectively staff were reduced, and other details. This would be very very good insight from Gartner, via its research system, or directly from the peers who are leading in AI benefit delivery.
