I am 4/5 years into my career and I am looking for recommendations to enhance my workshop development / instruction design skills. I feel confident and have been successful in development of engaging trainings, but I am specifically looking on train-the-trainer programs, workshops, or hands-on experience that will help me in bettering my ability to develop activities and interactive, thought-provoking workshops. Appreciate any recommendations in advance!

My company runs across different markets and different continents. We are currently merging our data science functions across those markets, but, as expected there is pushback. To start the ball rolling with collaboration amongst the teams, i have suggested that we build a federated learning model. This way no one would need to share data and just model weights. Has anyone had experience implementing this king of DS model?
