LinkedIn for sure. But Gartner more than ever. Gartner is building something pretty incredible here. There’s something to be said for excluding all the advertising and self-promotion that LinkedIn is known for.

We’re thinking of moving to a general HR policy with most detailed info moved into processes (excl compliance required ones). We currently have 20+ policies covering complexities like salary vs hourly & union vs non-union (e.g. performance management exists mainly for salaried). Has anyone structured their HR policies this way? How effective was this approach? Any tips or insights would be appreciated!
