We just completed a brownfield migration.  Key watch out is the SAP integrations to cloud products - don't assume they will work out of the box! We spent a lot of time on our 3rd party integrations assuming SAP to SAP would be relatively easy and ended up spending more time on those than the rest!

I’m looking for a “Ransom Consideration Matrix” to use as a supplement to a ransomware response decision tree. Ideally, it would include factors such as: Reputation Impact Scope of Attack Disruption to Operations Threat Intel / APT Reliability Condition of Backups Long-Term Sustainability of BCP Does anyone have any examples of a graphical decision tree or matrix that incorporates some of these types of elements? This is to include in a playbook.

What framework and approach have you used in the past to manage information barriers, when one of your businesses was decoupled and split into two? As such, the new entity is required to split their application/infrastructure to mitigate conflict of interest.
