We did extend our automated deactivate from 2.5 weeks to 4 weeks in USA. PreCovid we had it at 10 days since so few USA employees take more than 5 days of vacation. I don’t know what our European settings are but probably longer

That’s auto deactivation from no use. If an employee is terminated or quits we immediately deactivate the security card<br><br>We need to be able to edit posts. ;)

We are planning to migrate from Cherwell (ITSM) to FreshWorks (FreshService & FreshDesk) and I am looking for feedback and guidance on your experiences. How have you addressed this "Low-Value Service Paradox"? Do you keep foundational SSO/basic provisioning as corporate overhead or allocate everything? Do you use risk- or value-weighted allocation to subsidize essential, low-cost services? Who owns the final decision on allocation formulas—Finance, CIO Council, or Security? Please share specific solutions and governance models that have made IAM cost allocation fair and sustainable.
