Could you provide some more details? What kind of work, how many people, are you looking for a particular weekly or monthly distribution..? 4x10, if talking weekly, people usually go for it because it essentially frees up a day for them. But I'm sure I'd be able to contribute better with some more details :)

I'm exploring better ways to demonstrate the outcome-level impact of our Executive Escalation and Social Support functions. We have the usual input/operational metrics (volume, time-to-resolution, CSAT), but I'm looking for more strategic indicators that help prove ROI and business value to the organization.
