When you ask this I assume you are new to cybersecurity or Cisco cybersecurity then The Cisco Cybersecurity Operations Fundamentals (SECFND) course is an excellent choice for those looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity operations. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of cybersecurity and covers topics such as threat analysis, risk assessment, network security, and incident response. It also provides hands-on experience with the Cisco Security Suite, giving students the ability to practice the skills they have learned in a simulated environment. This can provide a good foundation for moving on to more advanced topics.

Most of their courses are targeted at specific audiences and job markets. But if you are a noob start with the CCNP security course, I would recommend following specific certifications that are targetted for certain job markets. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/certifications/security.html

CCNA and CCNP will give you a good foundation.

Lots of Cisco/CCNA recommendations, which I would generally agree with.

But I also think that I would take a step back:  what is the role of the person desiring to learn more about Cybersecurity?  And what is their objective?

For executives, something akin to Cybersecurity Essentials or other classes that prepare them for Board-level presentations.

For cybersecurity team members, CCNA and other certifications are valuable.

For other IT functions, knowing how to engage with Cybersecurity staff, including addressing application or infrastructure vulnerabilities, is valuable.
