I am curious to find out how other HR Operation teams are utilizing AI in their every day work. Are there any recommended AI tools?

We have rolled out AI HR policy chatbots that answers queries on entitlement, leave, travel, etc. with referenced policy excerpts. The responses can be off when it comes to complex scenarios. But for general HR queries, the AI bots are doing a pretty decent job and can be real time-savers.

Thanks so much! What chatbot do you use for this?

Yes. We tend to use Copilot. As a Policy and Projects specialist, I've used it to create presentations, write emails, schedule meetings, capture and send out meeting notes, as a starting point for writing documents, to locate documents, analyse data, and find previous messages and emails I've sent or received on a particular topic. It's helping me save a fair bit of time on admin.

Hi, as a business Partner I have used it to make presentations, calibrate speeches to manage Change Management situations, create recognition plans easily, legal consultations that does not require a legal or labor expert. Also I have used it to automate some analysis processes.
