Do you have a mature process management organization in place, and is this an area of focus for your organization?

True Maturity is "Active" Management, Not Just Documentation. Yes, this is a primary focus. In my experience leading large-scale E2E transformations, we've moved beyond viewing "maturity" as just having documented SOPs.

True maturity requires shifting to active process management:

- Data-Driven, Not Static: Using process mining to see real-time friction, rather than relying on outdated Visio maps.

- Integrated Governance: Establishing director-level forums to ensure process changes aren't siloed within Finance but are aligned with Tech and Business stakeholders.

If your process management is just a repository of documents, it's likely just cataloging "technical debt."
