Privacy is main concerning factor to use Deep Seek. Perplexity provides grater details  based on my usage

I use just for personal purposes and it's really incredible in terms of solving mathematical problems, reasoning and performance.

No, I have not tried it due to it's terms of use and data privacy practices.

In terms of solving mathematical problems and related calculus, I have found DeepSeek better than ChatGPT.  I noticed ChatGPT misses some variables or some steps leading to errors and one has to be very alert to such misses.  DeepSeek was able to do reasonably well, and come to right solutions with very few prompts and no errors
