We have a lot of changes coming down the pipe so I will probably be spending 25% of my time updating policies and procedures for my staff.

Some portion of it because there are to many manual process that require manual intervention e.g. filling out a form and then faxing to get a hardware/software approval. By alleviating such process, it will Katie sure our organization more productive.
