I am working on putting together an RFP to send to prospective Managed Service Providers. I have been looking for a good template for the RFP but have been unable to find one that fits the purpose. Does anyone have a template they love and are willing to share? I'm hoping to send out the RFP by the end of November. Thanks!

As an MSSP ourselves we would really like to know as much of the environment, scope and expectations on SLO/SLAs. Whenever you publish it let me know we would love to submit a proposal!
