This has never happened in my experience. If there were no restrictions on how I would try to invest in training for top performers, if money left the average performers and if still some left some team building lunches. I would expect low performers were already on some type of training or corrective action plan and didn’t need more training

In my people, in a way that will improve culture.

It could be recognition, a new tool they have been asking for, or just more staff, but it will be on people.
