I echo an earlier comment about LinkedIn Learning for soft skills.  Especially good when you want to something specific.  Public speaking was most impacttful for me and I didn't get it all from one course.  I assembled it from different courses over probably 10 years as well as watching people I admire.   In order to feel confident and comfortable, your public speaking style has to really come from within and just one course typically can't teach it all to you.  Good luck with what you are searching for!

In terms of platforms, Coursera, Pluralsight, Cybrary, Udemy, and edX offer a wide range of courses catering to diverse needs. For cybersecurity, SANS is widely regarded as the go-to resource. Additionally, there are specialized bootcamps available for certifications like CISSP, CEH, OSCP, and others. While it may not fall strictly under training, I personally found "The 5 AM Club" book to be exceptionally valuable.

I am a CIO of a big company in Brazil. I've run into many people in IT looking for new perspectives in their careers. Many went into data science and cyber education programs through platforms like Coursera. And, today, many are successful professionals in their new areas.
