We implemented and trained our users on Microsoft Planner for basic project management needs. This was highly beneficial as many users found tools like Project or other online tools too complex and underutilized.

In our customer service area, we had a knowledge base that was not fully integrated with our call center solution, which is an integration of Salesforce Health Cloud/NICE telephony platform.  It was a separate solution, and users had to go out separately during calls to leverage content.  We moved to the Salesforce Knowledge Base for our solution, and now are able to leverage that content to pull in during calls, much of it using personalized logic.  It definitely lifted morale to reduce those clicks and improve efficiencies!!!  If we can leverage technology to reduce those clicks - it does have a direct impact on morale and productivity.
