We use a mix of tools based on the type of business initiatives, which includes a combination of Jira Align, Confluence, Asana, Spreadsheets. Microsoft Excel is used by most of the departments across.

Service now and Power BI. Details of business initiatives and projects are kept in Service Now. Dashboard reporting of progress, risks, issues and spend are available to all stakeholders via Power BI.
