What are you using to automate workflows?

For automation a lot of tools come to play mostly different tools to complement the workflow but Ansible dominates most of these combos.

Our firm has quite a few different means of creating automations. Since we are relatively new to Service Now most of our efforts throughout 2022 have been focused there. We have been fairly success with these but can still get a lot more efficiencies out of the tool.

W are using many workflow automation tools in our company. As you can imagine, a company of our size will always have more than one tool for pretty much everything except few areas. One of the most used workflow automation tool is smartsheet. It's ease of use and easy integration with other tools makes it number one choice for most of groups in our company.
