We're currently working on minimizing the number of supplier agreements that necessitate legal review, especially considering that many of them pose low risk and may not warrant the time investment. I'm curious to know if others have implemented similar measures and, if so, which types of supplier agreements have been permitted to bypass formal legal review.

Hi. I've done this in-house in the past. We used a $ materiality threshold as the predominant line in the sand, but there were some exceptions, as always! It worked in reducing the workload though.
