Does anyone have a good model, software, or resource for calculating Inventory turns for future months or quarters? I have multiple sites and want to change how we measure inventory. Second, if anyone has done this, what did you use to convince Sr. Leadership that inventory turns are the right metric? My business model is built to stock, as I have numerous consumables on the shelf.
