We have recently implemented ServiceNow as service desk tool globally - serving about 22.000 employees. Currently, the portal / tool is in English - however, there is a urgent request to have ServiceNow in local language - including the knowledge base. What is the "best practice" for dealing with this: Local language for the portal and underlying supporting documents?
