What tools do you use for ‘nudges’ to drive desired behaviour or actions at certain times? Eg managers to carry out 1:1’s
I’d love to know if you’ve found a way to automate nudges and/or link to other tools.
A use case might be a leader has a 1:1 on their Outlook calendar, a nudge encourages effectiveness by sharing hints/tips shortly before
Or, HR want to promote goal setting at the beginning of the year without having to rely on email communication and so the budge appears in a different modal seeming to be just for the recipient
Or, a learner attends training and receives automated notifications to promote application after the class based on their own goals, role or other learning taken
