We have a new C-suite leader who comes from a much larger organization where new leader feedback sessions were routinely conducted with their teams and colleagues at 60- to 90-days after starting their roles. Our organization is growing, and the talent management and development functions are maturing. We would like to conduct leader feedback sessions for new leaders in our organization. I would appreciate your suggestions on structuring the events and insights on how to create the biggest impact.
