We are at the initial stages of developing an AI policy for our public sector organization and are looking to establish a robust framework that ensures ethical use, transparency, and accountability. Where can we find successful examples of AI policies in the public sector that might serve as a blueprint for our efforts? We have a large printer fleet (25k printers in 1100 locations) in place and would like to know how we can best manage this and future proof it. We are also digitizing a lot and removing the requirement for printers, but they would never go away completely of course. How can we best manage this in the future? Do we have a contract with the printer OEM directly or do we put a service integrator in between?

We do not have nearly as many printers, but we have multiple service providers. Primarily due to physical location, and some of the printers are truly specialty devices that need a lot more care. The multiple providers provide ...read more
