I agree AI is too overhyped and its core business still depends on traditional ways of working. Its a bubble which anyhow will burst in long term as per unanimous views in my circle.

Can any controllers share how they have dealt with resistance from their teams when adopting new technology? Whether it's concerns about job displacement, or just general apprehension with learning something new, any advice would be great!
