We are looking to reduce the effort of putting together policies in-line with ISO27001. Multiple sites offer templates, but before we pull the trigger. How do you allow Macbooks in your environment? Our Marketing team requires them for the nature of their work, but IT has been reticent. I suggested leaving Macbooks off network entirely, but we still need efficient file share option and/or VPN access. What solutions have you employed?

Not being a woman myself, I would say that the biggest thing anyone can do is find a mentor that you trust and can push you to the next level is the key for both women and men.
