Interested in the community thoughts on ERP skillsets in your regions, particularly SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics & Workday.  In Australia, many organisations have struggled since COVID to uncover the benefits of major uplift or wider ERP transformation programs.  The knock on is that we appear to be building towards competency bottlenecks in the next 2-3 years & a fight for experienced practitioners (even with offshoring options available).  Is this a consistent theme elsewhere?
