Do any of you use Backup as a service (BaaS) solution?  If yes, who is your partner & is the vendor part of your BCP plan?  How do you define RTO & RPO if you are using BaaS service? Note: We are totally into serverless computing.

Is your company is actively using, planning to use or not planning to use Out of provider recovery? 

Out of provider recovery refers to the restoration of a backup file to a different public cloud from where the backup was sourced.  (i.e. restoring a backup file from AWS to Azure)
