How should I approach hiring backend engineers for the complex environments that startups face on a daily basis? From my perspective, it seems like engineers will spend a couple of months at one company, but then exit for a few hundred dollars more than they're making, rather than thinking thoroughly of all the perks & stock options they have with us.
