Has anyone already been working with Kaleris/Navis solution? Looking for a sustainable and automated solution to operate our depot of container. 1) Facilities: 15 sites in France Mainly located close to load transfer zone (ports, rail, road)  2) Cargo Types:  Empty Container 3) Throughput (TEUs/year): 1200000 / Y IN+OUT   4) Actual System: 20 years old Self developed software   5) Top 3 to 5 issues or challenges: Stock management, Yard organization, Productivity improvement Data management 6) Timeline: 2 to 3 years from now.

Regardless of where the term originated, many now use the term as a specific job function.

Does anyone have peer benchmarking data for the banking domain, especially credit unions based on NIST CSF domains?

Who has implanted SAP Customer Data Cloud as IAM platform? Any comment to share? How was the migration of legacy applications?

In reading the book 'When Machines Become Customers' by Don Scheibenreif and Mark Raskino, I start to be intrigued by this idea that Machine-Machine business models are rapidly developing new opportunities (enabled via IoT + AI + Cloud), and this 'explanation' starts to join the dots in a meaningful way.  Definition as per Scheibenreif & Raskino: 'A Machine Customer is a non-human economic actor who obtains goods or services in exchange for payment' This has consequences, and I reference the statement in the book that resonates with me; 'today's digital channels will evolve to become tomorrow's Machine Customers' Very little is 'out there' directly on this idea in this same way (almost all of it links back to Gartner research), and I would be very interested to hear if you are engaging with this and your thoughts in general.

When do you think Gen AI will break even from cost invested perspective?

Today the cost of GPU, cooling, etc. has a large impact on the cost of AI but as and when adoption increases the cost should come down.
