Generative AI (or GenAI). Folks, there is nothing "Intelligent" about it. It is mostly a fancy search engine.

I know there is more to it than that, but Artificial Intelligence implies it learns on its own and can use what it learned to make decisions. It cannot be intelligent until it is free from constraints of the data it is provided to learn from and the information it is allowed to provide its users.

It's not even really a search engine either - it's a logic based creative tool.

Others are ‘Quantum*’ (at least for now) and Multiverse.

Although I have picked up “digital transformation” but “Zero Trust”, “Data Science”, “Digital Marketing” and “Big Data” are few more topics which I feel have become necessity for every organisation.

Digital Transformation annoys me. It's what we as IT leaders have done (or at least want to do) for most of our lives, except that this time around we have a nice buzzword to help us sell what needs to be done.

I guess there is that.

Digital Transformation is definitely overused (and incorrectly used), but remote working is sorely misunderstood.

Remote working is not the same as working from home.
