If we look into the graphs by geography, it is very interesting to see the differences in the ways of learning as well as how many people answered.
This might also indicate cultural differences to the different approaches and differences in what is available for individuals to choose from.
I usually go by reading, feedback and watching leaders around me (not out of admiration, but as observation...one can always learn from both good and bad leadership).
