Wouldn’t that depend on whether or not they were allowed (or disallowed) by company policy and/or employment agreements; and/or whether or not they were fully transparent vs deceptively holding two jobs at once? I think you should clarify your question to include this context.

Interested in hearing if anyone / their organization has set up an internal career office? If so, what services did you offer? How was it utilized by employees? Can you share any learnings from the experience?

Happy 2026 planning season to all! Would love to get input from this group as my team dives into annual planning. How much does your company spend per employee on perks (i.e. health/wellness, L&D, fringe, stipends, etc) annually? What do you offer?  What about employee recognition programs (awards, shout outs, etc)? What benefits do you offer aside from medical/dental/vision? (i.e. 401(k), etc.)  Would love to know in totality, roughly how much do you spend on total benefits as a % of revenue.  To the extent you're willing to share, it would be great to get the size/stage of your company.
