I run all these OSes with Arch for "Linux".
My favorite and productive OS is MacOS with of course my M3 Max. Software is unless without hardware and vice-versa. Windows falls because it must assure the compatibility with any PC on the planet where MacOS instead with a limited and countable units.
You have to put in the equation that too.
Arch is highly customizable. I an build my kernel to for exactly the hardware I have as well as the apps for the architecture of my SoC.
It pays unfortunately the gap of missing production apps (you can run VM or work on the cloud but it is another case...).
