Absolutely Microsoft. Because they already Co-Owner  to he OpenAI. Microsoft is earning two times therefore.

Microsoft over OpenAI any day as they hold a 49% stake in Open AI LLP and have the power to scale, apply and monetise gen AI. While OpenAI grabs the headlines, Microsoft will take market shares ... but a premium is to be paid!

I think Microsoft is in pole position to take the lead and become leader in this due to the investment in OpenAI and initiatives inside Microsoft to include ChatGPT and Generative AI. But Google will also not stay far behind and will try to move to the top position as well.
