PropTech in many Countries is already starting to make its presence felt in both the residential and commercial property worlds with huge potential yet to be revealed. Many big player of the industry recently jumped in and we are expecting big changes in the dynamics very soon

Thoughts on self-healing applications? Any approaches or tools that look promising to you?

We use Microsoft PowerBI extensively at the company. Over 15,000 reports.
For our "corporate" reports, like financials or HR, we centralize those requests and attend them with my team.
We currently "extract" information from multiple systems (ie. SAP, SuccessFactors, CRM, etc...) and put in into a SQL Analysis Services. For interpreting the data we have a Semantics model in PBI.
The problem I see is we can't scale enough to comply with the reporting demands as the semantic model is "unique" and we end up having only one or two developers that can work at a time. 
Anyone has an idea how to scale their PBI teams without having to redevelop the semantic model per report?

Does someone have advice on how they have balanced the risk/reward as it relates to introducing Open-Source Software to organization? My org is dipping its toe into the OSS world and the architecture and risk governance teams are looking to get ahead of these requests by coming up with policies and standards for OSS technology being brought into our environment. To clarify, this is not for software development and CI/CD pipelines, SDLC etc. This is for installing solutions that already exist out there (Zabbix, GreyLog, Prometheus etc.) into the organization's environment. We are looking to provide a balance on the obvious risk with the ability to move fast (like everyone else now).
