I attended the Gartner IAM Summit last year - as we are looking on embarking on the IAM program journey and conference was perfect to get insights from the industry peers. 
for 2025 - look forward for the Gartner Security & risk mgmt. summit and SAP insider GRC and Cybersecurity conferences to keep up with the trends.

I attended the Gartner IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference this year and plan to attend it again next year, or possibly InfoTech Live. I prefer conferences that are not hosted by a single vendor because they allow me to step back and explore new technologies and platforms from an enterprise perspective, without the focus or pressure from one specific vendor

I have been really happy attending the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference over the last 3 years. Planning on attending this year with the possibility of adding the Nutanix conference.

We use Microsoft PowerBI extensively at the company. Over 15,000 reports.
For our "corporate" reports, like financials or HR, we centralize those requests and attend them with my team.
We currently "extract" information from multiple systems (ie. SAP, SuccessFactors, CRM, etc...) and put in into a SQL Analysis Services. For interpreting the data we have a Semantics model in PBI.
The problem I see is we can't scale enough to comply with the reporting demands as the semantic model is "unique" and we end up having only one or two developers that can work at a time. 
Anyone has an idea how to scale their PBI teams without having to redevelop the semantic model per report?
