We are socializing with our executive team and IT management. We are preparing to message the Board. We are developing high level plans. This is in the midst of developing our next IT Strategy. So, we've advised our Exec of the scope, impact & timeframe, and that it will require budget & staffing. But, we don't have estimates yet.
