We use Microsoft software through its cloud platform. It's easy deployment, support and ongoing maintenance.

Microsoft Tools work OK (Sharepoint and Teams), we also use Confluence, have put together a bit with Google tools and are investigating ServiceNow. Unfortunately, I’ve not found a platform that *I* am happy with. Different team members have different preferences. Some love what they use, some hate what they are forced to use. There’s no single platform that everyone loves.

Microsoft 365 platform again very popular for its ease of deployment and ease of use in many environments. Depending on your industry, employee turnover and training versus the commonalities and skills most end users have already acquired. makes it easy to push in the 365 direction also.

I would recommend Microsoft 365 as it comes with tools for communication, storage, and collaboration.
