Would anyone be willing to share your company’s employee personas and journey maps?

Typically, the personas are designed around the different employee life stages and the journey map aligned on the basis of the wanted organizational culture | values. Our culture is built on care for people. For example, one of the many personas is applying for a job at our organization. The journey map is from job posting till onboarding and then we have identified which of our organizational values would come into play to ensure there's a meaningful employee experience.

We have started this journey under the DEI value creation pillar. Employees on a voluntary interest shown opt for sharing their journey, motivation, inspiration and more thru a Google questionnaire, We curate responses, and create a timeline, have personal and professional accomplishments, update on blog site (intranet). Women History Month was one such month, where we introduced a concept of Wo-mentoring and highlighted the journey. We then encourage employees to make a collaborative reach, and continue the dialogue, if they will.
