What challenges do you anticipate when employees return to the office?

I think the biggest challenge will be the work-life balance that they were able to manage while working from home. Employees were happily spending some extra time to complete their work since they could easily manage the daily chores and the extra time for family and their social lives, but with the return to the office era, things will be muddy for a while.
The anxiety that some staff will feel when their colleagues exhibit symptoms has the potential to cause some serious tension. There's such a wide spectrum of people's level of comfort with personal space, masks, symptoms, etc. -- and that may never change. Finding a sweet spot to accommodate this diversity will be a new and ongoing challenge.
Definitely a relaxed dress code. We won’t allow sweat pants, but jeans are likely to be much more acceptable than in 2019
After having 2 long years of working at home, people got used to it and started using the benefits, rather got addicted to them. Actually, it wasn't easy to adopt Work from home initially. However, it not only sunk in but got addicted to it most of them. It will be hard to go back. Once they go back over a period of time they might start liking it. However hybrid could be best of both breeds. While Hybid is a choice, it might be challenging for folks who kind of relocated to their home places. Lot of folks moved on to their places and have got strings attached there. It will be a huge challenge for them to come out of it.
Getting out of a comfort zone is always a challenge.
In my view, the challenge will be about the change in habits. Last two years, we have adjusted our lives to remote mode. It does bring some desired flexibility to our lives and loss of that flexibility will be impactful and will need another readjustment to the way of life, we lived pre-covid
