Not require, its about enticing not forcing. Whats the value for them?

We are on a 3/2 split home to office. We shift to 2/3 when needed and everyone understands that based on need we'll come in. I have found the balance of structure meeting self responsibility works well for us

No. Not at all. We are going to continue a remote first (or hybrid if you will) company.
We have employees in almost every state of the US. It would be "impossible" for us to make that decision.
3 days per week but the executive team are the worst offenders for staying at home so it is fair to say that this policy has failed as no one stands over it.
