In your conversations with peers or and other business leaders, are you noticing a tendency for AI to be viewed more as a tool to enhance existing strategy, or is it being discussed as the main focus for enterprise direction?

Every enterprise should become AI literate and train their employees, so that they can leverage AI to become more efficient. That would be the first transformation phase and would address a lot of issues around data, security etc. Then depending on the business domain, there could be opportunities for new solutions using AI like in drug discovery or material sciences etc. My experience has been that most organisations are in the first phase of the transformation.

In reality, unless individuals or groups have done deep research and use cases already, most folks, in my opinion, view AI as a tool to enhance existing strategies.
