Speaking directly to the immense risk it poses to all areas of the business would be a key starting point, effectively risking a complete shutdown, if not financial ruin, and using real life examples of how disruptive this could be. Also focusing on a step-wise approach to addressing financial risk, operational risk, reputational risk would help organize the breadth of sub-topics.
