My top criteria for most roles I have interviewed people for is to hear their passion for continuous learning. Those who are learning new skills for employment but more importantly outside the workplace demonstrates true passion and curiosity for learning and a good predictor of future success in technology
Skills can be learned, changing attitudes are harder - look for positive atitude towards teamwork and knowledge sharing.
