I am an amateur blacksmith and the physical activity of beating on hit metal and making something useful and artistic is very satisfying and keeps me calm.
I walk in the morning 3-5 miles. Take a mindfulness class once a week. Use TRIPP in VR and go to bed early,
Sports are the ultimate stress busters for me, I engage myself in games I like and swimming for couple of hours. Spending some time away from the routine and planning the work to the utmost possible to avoid building stress.
Farming becomes my activity and mother earth can take all the stress away.
I love to play and listen to various types of music. I spend time with family, doing things that have nothing to do with career. I also try to have self-discipline to stay off work email on the smartphone/laptop when it's not during office hours.
I listen to records and put my phone in a different room. Unplug, its healthy.
